PA Climate Change Action Plan released
On December 18, 2009, the Department of Environmental Protection (Department) released Pennsylvania's Climate Change Action Plan (Plan) which includes the public comment and response document. A copy of the Plan can be found at http://www.depweb.state.pa.us/energy/cwp/view.asp?a= 1532&q=539829.
